We had dinner at the British on Saturday night and it was excellent. Definately the steak pub of Adelaide, but also has a great selection of other dishes to try. Service was excellent and the staff were attentive without being invasive. We'll definately be back and the bar manager Darren is smoking hot (love the bearded look).
