Mado restaurant is the best Turkish restaurant in Brisbane..Everything is perfect..Enjoy the food, enjoy the drinks, enjoy the atmosphere, enjoy your dinner with your friends.

That place is really like your home. Firstly, it is hard to decide which is better: the food, the atmoshpere or the service!

The decore and the one turkish singer just made us feel like we were in Turkey again. But then I learned just he was playing just every Thursday and Sunday. However, belly dancer was amazing, You can see every Friday and Saturday.

The food is exceptional, i watched the chef making my pide with ease and confidence while having a chat with me on a busy Saturday evening. The size of the meals are unreal but make sure that you are able to have some baklava and some turkis coffee at the end of your meal.

There was lots of cocktails and a few turkish drinks on the menu too.

The service was fantastic, fast, polite and professional; and the manager (?)... I have never seen anybody before who could carry 4 meals on his arm at the same time and still smile and joke around.

Will be back!

We went there for my sun's Birthday and the meals were delicious and the service was exceptional. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. I loved the inside decorations. Very creative. The manager came around to each table and asked if we enjoyed our meals. There was entertainment a belly dancer and people that had their birthday were encouraged to join in. I love the entertainment when we were there. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys turkish food and entertainment.

Nice looking place but what a disapointment it turned out to be.

First of all the service was so bad.On what seemed like a quiet night we sat and sat before anyone came near us.When they did the waitress who had limited English couldn't explain items on the menu and just gave us a blank look.

The food was the biggest disappointment,cold ,unattractive presentation and tasteless, every dish tasted the same.

Wouldn't go back, there are much better Turkish restaurants in the city.

I celebrated Valentin´s day with my boyfriend in Mado. We knew all restaurants in Brisbane are going to be busy at that evening, so we booked our table 2 days before. The manager welcomed friendly and looked after us all night. Because of the special occasion we tried some specialties, we ordered for entree Fried Haloumi Cheese and for the main course Mixed grill platter. Both were delicious and unforgettable tasty. At the end we had Baklava with Turkish coffee and as a surprise we got two hearts made from chocolate. It was so nice from the restaurant!

The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. I have been there numerous times and the food has been consistently delicious. The atmosphere was great - surrounded by beautiful authentic Turkish artefacts - and as is typical in restaurants in Turkey. The staff were friendly and most courteous.
