I used to love this restaurant as it always provide fabulous food at a decent price despite the dogdy atmosphere and brusque service however I think they've got a little too big for their boots of late. Great food can't make up for poor and extremely rude service. The last three times I've been here I've been more than disappointed with the service, enough to say I wouldn't bother going again. These guys are in the Entertainment Book but require you to provide your voucher to them prior to eating - considering most restaurants only require it before the bill is tallied this makes me believe that either poor quality or less food is being provided, why else do they need to know before the food comes out? In months gone by you could get away with providing the voucher before the bill came out, once I even provided it to them after they given me the bill - they took the $70 bill away, brought it back crudely changed in handwriting to an $80 bill with the discount off that. too cheeky! If you're not interested in providing a discount don't particpate in the scheme! Quiet Waters along the same street provides similar food for around the same prices with much better service and way better atmosphere. Jerusalem is off my list of favourites, that's for sure!
