I didn't really enjoy my steak being burnt with charcoal everywhere. I understand that it is cooked upon a charcoal grill, but that doesn't mean I have to ingest the charcoal finding it all over my food. When I asked for another steak, all they did was scrape off the charcoal. They tried to tell me I was wrong, saying this is how steak is supposed to be like, and how it should be cooked.
I'm sorry but you don't live up to the reputation of the partner restaurant Buongiorno on the Parade in Norwood where I always find a beautifully cooked steak.
Won't be going back again.
