I dined at this restaurant recently with my family and it was fantastic!!!!! Great service and the food was to die for! I had the steak which had mash and vine tomatoes and an infused butter melting on top mmmmmmm so good. my parents both had the pork which had a whole poached pear with it and they both loved it! My sister had scallops with pea puree which she really liked although we have already seen similar dishes to this before. The staff really knew their stuff and were friendly and accomodating. The environment could do with a bit of a revamp but overall I woulf highly reccommend James Street Bistro, the chefs are top class.
