It isn't enough that the drinks are expensive and for the price you pay for your (dinner) meals you would expect table service but to then get your orders incomplete or totally wrong was a poor effort - the highlight of my night/experience was when the Head Waiter and/or Manager challanged me on whether my pasta was undercooked or not and then had the nerve to then say "well we have tried it out the back and we think you are wrong!" It is a shame because I can forgive and forget the mix up of orders and some level having to go up to the counter to order my own food but I am unforgiving in regards to the arrogance and attitude of the manager! Lucky for San Marco that they have one of the perfect spot on the river because I think that is the only thing people would come back for. I hope they don't think that this lets them get away with average food, mediocre service and expensive prices for their drinks?!
