This restaurant is very, very overpriced for the size of plated food provided. The service was not good as we had to wait after meeting the waiter until he had disappeared and then seated customers arriving after us. The time taken to produce entrees was appalling-1 hour and 20 mins and the wine per glass was far too expensive for Australian wines.

The crowning moment of the evening was when we asked for the bill and after 20mins had to go to the bar and ask again for it to be made up.

We will not return and will inform our friends of its quality.

Lovely looking restaurant, and great service. Very limited menu, no sides available and they don't come with the meal, no chicken or poultry dishes mostly seafood mains or red meat. Very, very small meals. I overheard the waiter tell the table next to me the menu is designed to have 3 small courses but the price does not reflect this with meals costing between $36-$49 for mains. With dessert 2 of the desserts were a good sizes but cost a hefty $20, but the fig dessert cost $18 and it was just one poached fig on a plate - quite ridiculous actually and so overpriced. Overall I would think the service & the company of my terrific companions made it a lovely evening. But for the price and size of the meals I would not return. The cost above did not even include an entree, but did include a glass of red. Overall I would like to rate my evening 2.5 stars but I can't pick that above.
