The food at Rae's Restaurant was exceptional ! The presentation shows the level of care and love for food which is only matched by the magnificent flavours it presents.From start to finish ~ every course was delicious and I cannot recommend Rae's highly enough. When the waitress found out it was our 10 year Anniversary we were offered two glasses of Premium Sparkling Rosé. Starting with Seared Rabbit Terrine with a coulis of prunes, crispy brick basket, pickled enoki mushrooms and frisee salad, followed by a perfectly cook veal rack (Medium rare) and served on a bed of mash, surrounded by a roasted tomatoes & zuccini, sprinkled with a delicious balsamic reduction. Finishing with a desert of a berry mouse in a tempered chocolate cylinder with home made biscuits and diced kiwi fruit was to die for...All this matched with excellent service, made our dining experience highly memorable...Thanks for making our 10th Anniversary dinner something to remember...
