The Tower Hotel is a well furbished & spacious hotel with pub meals that are generally a cut above many other such establishments. The salads are ordinary.
The salt and pepper prawns/ calamari ($23 main) are absolutely superb, the best we have ever had in any hotel meal.
BYO $10 corkage is also surprising value for a hotel.
Worth checking out for a good pub meal.
