Course 1: Pan seared scallops, green pea, broad bean and sweet corn salsa. 2013 Matua Lands & Legends Sauvignon Blanc - Marlborough NZ

Course 2: Game spiced beef carpaccio, heirloom beets and goats curd. 2012 Coldstream Pinot Noir - Yarra Valley
