Contemporary furnishings, clean lines and vivid colours reflect the energy and attention to detail that's maintained in our bustling kitchen. Flames dance on the magnificent Open Grill as premium ingredients are prepared to perfection. Behind it, an illuminated, Himalayan rock salt wall is a striking backdrop to the dry aged meat cabinet, with its impressive array of fine cuts.
