About Bravo Bar.b.que. at Hotel Bravo ( formerly Monsoon )

Monsoon Pan Asian Restaurant in Fortitude Valley is making way for an exciting new venue, Bravo Bar.b.que.

Bravo Bar.b.que will encapsulate the very best of char-grilled and basted steaks, game, seafood, pork, poultry and lamb with a wonderful range of sides and accompaniments at an inclusive price. In true Bravo style the bar will specialize in a huge range of spirits, ice cold ales and a cracker of a wine list.

Fortitude Valley, New farm and Teneriffe is a hive of activity filled with bars, restaurants and cafe's, but none offering the unique collaboration of a distinctive bbq style menu, outstanding table service, and handsome décor coupled with a stylish bar.

Main course menu prices will range from $24.00 for BBQ calamari, to $45.00 for a 200g wagyu rib fillet.

Bravo Bar.b.que will make its grand reveal on Wednesday 28th October, with Monsoon Pan Asian Restaurant's last hurrah being Saturday the 24th October.
