The Carringbush Hotel is a traditional Melbourne pub, tucked in the back streets of historic Abbotsford. With two public bars, bistro, dining room, beer garden and private function room, The Carringbush can cater for everyone's needs.
The bistro menu features classic pub fare, from lemon pepper calamari and steak sandwiches to lamb shanks and chicken parmagiana. In the dining room, options are extensive and based around modern Australian interpretations of largely Euro-inspired dishes, perhaps seared Wagyu Beef Carpaccio or Sea Salt & Lemon Pepper Calamari, tender and juicy Eye Fillet steak or Char Sui pork.
