I have been to East imperial a couple of times before and I have to say that I was very satisfied with the food and services there. I was at the scene with my family at that night and I would like to rebut for the manager. It was clearly there would be a weekend minimum charge (as far as I concern it's a reasonable $35 per head) at such a fine restaurant, not a pizza shop (as do many other restaurants) and I believe ordering drinks is a must for many customers. Maybe not everyone can afford a $60 dinner, but it seems to the manager (and to us as well) that Goran and their friends just wanted to find a place to chill and enjoy their cake on the night rather than really spending any money on food and drinks at the restaurant, and I don't think picking the restaurant with price out of the budget is not the restaurant's or the manager's fault.
